KTI Plersch Kaltetechnik GMBH

Our office is located at 806 in the Mls Business Centre, which is inside the Kappi Arcade on Venkatanarayana Road in T-Nagar. It’s a busy part of Chennai, right in the middle of all the shopping and commercial chaos. KTI Plersch Kaltetechnik GMBH is a long name, so most people just look for the suite number on the eighth floor. Being in a business center means it’s a bit more formal than a workshop, but it’s still just us trying to manage large-scale ice plants and cooling systems. We don’t have the heavy machinery right here in the office; it’s more about the planning, coordination, and technical support side of things. There’s a lot of phone calls to sites where our equipment is being installed or maintained. The view from the eighth floor is alright, but mostly we are just looking at our screens or talking to engineers on the ground. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and that’s usually where the most important discussions happen. It can be a bit stressful when a big project is nearing a deadline, but we’ve been doing this for a while. T-Nagar traffic is the worst part of the day, so most of us try to get in early before the roads get completely blocked up. It's a professional space but we keep it relaxed enough so everyone can get their work done without too much pressure from the outside world.
