Kreechers Technologies Private Limited is tucked away at No. 9/A on Maruthi Nagar 2nd Street in Seevaram, Perungudi. Being in this part of town means we are close to all the big IT parks, but our office feels a world away from those massive glass towers. We’re in a more residential-feeling street where you can actually hear the birds sometimes. Our team is small, and we’ve mostly known each other for years. The office is basically one big room where we all sit together. There’s no separate cabin for the boss or anything like that. We just share the space and the workload. We started this because we wanted a place where we could work on tech stuff without all the corporate red tape. It’s not always organized, and our bookshelves are a mess of old manuals and half-empty notebooks. We don't have a big mission statement. We just try to help people with their technology needs and make sure everything runs smoothly. If something breaks, we fix it. If someone has a question, we answer it. It’s pretty simple. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also make sure to take breaks and talk about things other than work. It’s a comfortable place to be, and we think that shows in the way we handle our business every day.
