Fab Boutique

We are located over in Maxworth Nagar, which is part of S. Kolathur in the Kovilambakkam area. Our shop, Fab Boutique, is actually inside Vasanthi Apartments. It’s a bit unusual because we are in Flat F2 of B Block. You have to look for the building numbers 902 or 903 to find the right entrance. It’s a residential vibe here, so it doesn't feel like a typical store. We have been working out of this space for some time now. It’s cozy, though sometimes it gets a bit tight when we have a lot of new stock coming in. We handle different kinds of clothes and materials. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or if they live nearby in the apartments. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except for the usual morning rush. We don’t have a massive showroom with glass windows. It's more of a practical setup where we can focus on the work. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a delivery, other times it's a regular customer coming for a fitting. We keep the place tidy as best as we can. Working from an apartment block has its quirks, like making sure we don't bother the neighbors too much. It’s a simple business. We spend our afternoons sewing or organizing the racks.
