Our office is at New No. 17 on Seethammal Road, which used to be Old No. 9 back in the day. It is located in Seethammal Colony in Alwarpet, which is a nice, leafy part of Chennai. Koinwise Technologies (Opc) Privatelimited is basically a small operation. Being an OPC means we don't have a massive board of directors or anything complicated like that. It’s just us and our equipment. Alwarpet is a great neighborhood because everything you need is just a short walk away. We spend a lot of time working on digital projects and managing tech requirements. The building we are in is older but sturdy, and it has a bit of character that you don’t get in the new glass towers. We aren't interested in making big promises or using a lot of buzzwords. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything runs smoothly. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the street a bit messy, but that's just life in Chennai. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat lunch together. It’s a very informal environment. Being honest about who we are feels better—just a small tech firm in 600018 trying to do good work without a lot of fuss or drama. It’s a steady pace, and we like the independence of it. We are usually here until the sun goes down and the traffic thins out.
