It’s a local neighborhood, and we like being tucked away here. It’s not like being in one of those huge tech parks, which suits us just fine. Our office is a practical space. We’ve got what we need to get the job done. Most of the time, we’re just focused on the projects we have going. It’s a lot of tech work, and sometimes it gets complicated. We don’t mind. That’s what we signed up for. Mogappari East is a nice area to work in. There are plenty of shops around if we need something. Our team is small and we’ve all been together for a bit. We know how each other works. There’s no fancy management style here. We just talk to each other and figure things out. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. Other times, we head out early if things are quiet. It’s a balanced life. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work and try to stay consistent.
