Kgesl India Private Limited is situated at No. 17 on Arcot Road in Kodambakkam. If you know Chennai, you know how busy Arcot Road gets. There is always a lot of noise and people moving about. Our office is in one of the older buildings there. The stairs are a bit steep and the elevator is sometimes out of order, so we get a bit of a workout every day. Inside, it is a basic office setup. We have rows of desks with computers and a lot of files stacked up. It is not a fancy place with modern art or anything. It’s just a place where we come to work. The air conditioning works okay, but on very hot days we have to use a few extra fans. We have a small pantry where we make coffee. Usually, someone brings in some snacks to share in the afternoon. We have a variety of people working here, and everyone just does their part. We don't have any complicated company rules. We just show up and get through the day's tasks. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and we can hear the city noise finally quieting down outside. It is a very practical way to run a business in a busy city like Chennai. We've been here for a while now and we know the area well.
