We are Keane India Pvt Ltd, located at 43, Cartman Road in Chennai. Being in this part of Tamil Nadu means dealing with the humidity and the lively atmosphere of the city every day. Our office on Cartman Road is where everything happens for us. It’s an older building, and it has some character, though the stairs can be a bit creaky sometimes. We’ve set up our desks and equipment in a way that makes sense for the work we do. It’s not a huge, sprawling campus; it’s more of a focused, practical space. People come in, do their work, and we have our lunch together often. There’s a lot of talk about tech and projects, but it’s all very down-to-earth. We don't have those fancy lounge areas you see in magazines. We just have a place to sit and work. The neighborhood is full of activity, and there’s always someone selling something on the street outside. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the area change around us. Despite the changes, we’ve kept our way of doing things pretty much the same. We focus on the tasks we have and try to keep everything moving without making a lot of noise about it. It’s just a regular Chennai office where we try our best to stay productive and keep the fans running. We just take things one day at a time here and hope for a breeze.
