Kalisrp Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 5 in T.V. Nagar, which is just off the Mount Poonamallee Road in Ramapuram. It’s a decent enough spot, though the traffic on the main road can be a real headache during rush hour. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have a row of desks with computers and a small area where we keep our hardware supplies. It’s not one of those high-tech startups with bean bags and free snacks. We just have regular chairs and a water cooler in the corner. Most of our work involves sitting in front of screens for long hours or troubleshooting technical issues for people. We aren't a huge company, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One person might be coding while another is fixing a printer or answering a support call. The walls have a few old posters on them, and there’s usually a pile of empty boxes near the door from the last shipment of parts we got. We try to keep things organized, but when we get busy, the paperwork tends to pile up on the desks. It’s a quiet enough place to work once you get inside. We don’t go in for big marketing pitches. We just show up, do the tech work, and go home to our families. It is a very normal way to spend a day at work and we are fine with it mostly. Let us hope the coffee machine stays working as well.
