Kainos Innovative Solutions Privatelimited is over here at number 4, Prekash Avenue. If you know Paper Mills Road in Perambur, then you know exactly where we are located. It’s a neighborhood with a lot of history and old buildings, which we quite like. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done for us. We've been operating out of this spot in Perambur for a bit now. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street, people moving about and the general bustle of the area. We are just a small group of people working together. We don't have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just come in, sit at our desks, and try to finish what’s on the list for the day. Paper Mills Road can get quite crowded in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up before the rush starts. The office itself is tucked away a bit on Prekash Avenue, so it’s slightly quieter than the main road. We don't use much fancy equipment or have a big HR department. It’s more of a family feel here, even if we aren't all related. We drink our coffee, talk about the work, and occasionally argue about whose turn it is to clean up. It’s just a normal workplace in a normal part of Chennai. We prefer it this way rather than being in a sterile office park.
