Jay Bhagwati Agro Steel

Jay Bhagwati Agro Steel is located at 16/1, Williams Road, right in the Cantonment area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of history. Being on Williams Road means we get a lot of trucks and people passing by all day. The building is solid, built to hold the weight of the agro steel products we move. It’s dusty work, there’s no avoiding that when you’re dealing with this kind of material. My boots are usually covered in some kind of grit by the time I head home. We’ve got the office in the front and the storage in the back. It’s not fancy, just some metal desks and old filing cabinets that squeak when you open them. We don't go in for big displays or shiny signs. People know where 16/1 is and they know what we do. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when it’s not too hot, just watching the traffic go by. The guys in the back are usually busy loading up orders or sorting through the stock. It’s a bit noisy with the metal clanging, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on getting the steel out to where it needs to go. It’s a straightforward business, and we’ve been at this spot for quite a while now.
