Itec Services Pvt. Ltd. is based at 55, Yashwant Shopping Centre, right on 7 Carter Road in Borivalli East. It is a bit of a squeeze in here sometimes because we have a lot of equipment and files everywhere, but we know where everything is. The shopping centre is an old building and it stays busy from morning until night. We’ve been here for a good while now, and most of the other shop owners are our friends. We do technical work, which mostly involves looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. It isn't a fancy office with leather chairs or anything like that. We have some old desks and a kettle that gets used way too much for tea. Borivalli is a crowded place, and Carter Road always has people rushing by to catch the train. We just open up the office around ten and stay until the work is done. Sometimes that’s early, and sometimes it’s quite late if a project is acting up. We don't have a big marketing plan or a sales team. If you need us, you just walk in or give us a call. We try to be honest about how long things take. If we are busy, we tell you. It is just a small, local operation run by people who like to solve problems. We don't use big words to sound important. We just do the work and hope people are satisfied.
