It Open Doors Private Limited is our company name, and we work out of Mogappair. We are at B-31 in the Ben Foundation building on Velammal School Road. Being located near a school means it gets quite busy in the mornings and afternoons with all the students and parents around, but it gives the whole area a lot of energy. Our office is a modest space where we handle different IT-related tasks and software projects. It’s not a corporate glass tower; it’s just a set of rooms with enough desks and power outlets for all our equipment. We chose this location because it’s easy for people to find and it’s a friendly neighborhood to be in. We don't have a big HR department or a team of marketing people. It’s just us doing the work every day. Usually, we are busy with one project or another, and the time goes by pretty fast. We try to keep things relaxed inside the office. If someone wants to listen to a podcast while they work, that’s perfectly fine with everyone else. We aren't big on strict rules or corporate culture as long as the work gets done properly and on time. It’s a very human way of running a business. We know the people in the nearby shops and we’ve become part of the local scene here in Mogappair. It’s a good spot for us and we're happy to be here.
