Integrity Sales & Service

We are located at 7 Mohandas Lane, which is one of those spots that can be easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. It’s a narrow enough lane that things feel pretty close-knit. Integrity Sales & Service has been operating out of this small space for quite some time now. We handle a lot of different things, mostly answering the phone and helping people who walk in with questions. The walls are a bit bare and the furniture has seen better days, but it serves us well enough. We aren't the type of people to spend money on fancy decorations when the old desk works just fine. Most of our day is spent tracking orders or talking to people about repairs and service stuff. It can be a bit repetitive, but we like the routine. We know the people on the lane, and there's a certain comfort in seeing the same faces every morning. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just believe in showing up on time and doing what we said we would do. If we make a mistake, we admit it and try to clear it up. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure things run as they should. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes everyone calls at once. That’s just the way it goes at number 7. We're just regular folks doing our jobs.
