We like being here because the neighborhood has a lot of character and history. Our office isn't some high-tech glass tower like the ones in the IT parks; it's just a functional space where we handle our IT work. The road outside can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but that's just Chennai for you. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like a big stiff organization. It’s more of a close-knit group of friends. We have our desks set up, some old coffee mugs lying around, and plenty of cables everywhere. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't help the work get done any faster. It’s a practical environment. Some of us have been here since the start. We know all the tea stalls nearby and where to get a quick lunch when we're busy. It’s a very local feel. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just know what tasks need to be finished by Friday evening. It’s a simple life for us. We work hard, we talk to each other, and we manage our projects from this small corner of St. Thomas Mount. It works for us.
