Indocorp Ventures Private Limited

We are over at 145, Third Cross Street in RA Puram. It’s one of the older, nicer parts of Chennai, though our office is pretty basic. Indocorp Ventures Private Limited isn't a huge operation. We mostly sit in a small room with a few filing cabinets and a big table where we do our planning. The area around 600028 is quiet compared to the rest of the city, which is good for focusing. We don’t have any big slogans or shiny posters on the walls. It’s just us handling different business ventures and looking over documents. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on how things are moving along. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We usually get lunch from one of the small mess halls nearby. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. If you walked past, you might not even realize there was a company here. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the landlord is a nice guy. We just keep our heads down and handle the venture stuff as it comes. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially with the paperwork, but it’s a steady living for us here in RA Puram. We try to keep things simple.
