Iinc Solutions Limited is situated in Adambakkam, right on the 1st Main Road in Lakshmi Nagar. It’s a busy part of Chennai, and we are at No. 5. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle our business every day. We aren't a massive multinational with thousands of employees; we are a smaller team that knows each other well. The morning usually starts with everyone arriving at different times depending on the traffic on the main road. Once we’re all here, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We don't go in for fancy titles or complicated office politics. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it and does it. The building itself is just a regular Chennai structure, nothing special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks can get pretty cluttered with various notes and papers. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we like the neighborhood. There are plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby, which is a plus. We don’t have a grand vision we talk about; we just want to make sure the work we do today is handled correctly before we go.
