We are located right in the middle of the chaos in Vadapalani. Our shop is No. 111 inside Raahath Plaza, which is at 172 Arcot Road. If you know Arcot Road, you know how busy it gets with all the shops and the cinema nearby. Raahath Plaza is always full of people looking for something. Idigitalshope is just one of the many small businesses here. The space is tight, as you’d expect for a plaza shop, but we’ve managed to organize it so everything we need is within reach. We handle all sorts of digital things throughout the day. People walk past the window all the time, and sometimes they pop in just to ask a quick question or see what we’re doing. It’s a fast-paced environment because of where we are. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything like that. There’s barely enough room for our chairs and the main counter. We usually get our lunch from one of the many stalls in the plaza or just outside on the street. It’s noisy and loud, but there’s a lot of energy in Vadapalani that keeps us going. We just focus on getting the work done for the people who come in. It’s a very practical, boots-on-the-ground kind of business. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the bustle of the mall life. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our daily reality and we make it work.
