Icon Solution

Finding us can be a little confusing because of the address change—we are at New No 20, which used to be Old No 22, on Lathimadhavan Road. We’re in the Mahalingapuram area of Nungambakkam, which is a nice part of town with plenty of trees. Icon Solution operates out of a quiet building that looks more like a house from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us working at our stations with various bits of hardware and screens. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s much calmer than the main Nungambakkam High Road. We like the pace here. Sometimes we spend hours just troubleshooting a single issue or setting up a new server. It isn't a high-speed, high-stress environment, but we stay busy enough. There’s a small balcony where we go to get some fresh air when the work gets a bit repetitive. We don't have a big team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to fixing cables. The old number is still on some of the documents, which occasionally leads to a bit of confusion with couriers. We’ve been here for a while and have a pretty good rhythm going. It’s just a normal office where we work on whatever tech problems come our way. We usually wrap things up by early evening before the traffic gets too bad.
