Iceil Systems Private Limited

We are over here at Mantri Synergy on OMR, right in the middle of all that Rajiv Gandhi Salai traffic. If you know Padur, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is in I Block, up on the 1301st floor, so we get a decent view of the road while we work. Iceil Systems Private Limited is basically just a group of us who show up every morning, get our tea, and get through the day's tasks. It isn't a massive corporate floor with hundreds of people, just a regular workplace where everyone knows each other’s names. Most days involve a lot of screen time and some back-and-forth about how to get things done right. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the building feels like a second home at this point. Getting here can be a bit of a pain during rush hour, but once we’re inside, it’s pretty quiet. We don't really have those fancy lounge areas you see in movies, just desks, computers, and a small area for lunch. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, and other times we head out as soon as the clock hits five. It’s just a normal setup where we try to stay organized and keep the work moving. Being in Chennai means dealing with the heat, but the air conditioning in the block helps us stay focused on whatever project is on the desk that day.
