I P C Heart Care Centre

Down here at I P C Heart Care Centre, things stay pretty steady throughout the week. We are located on the first floor of Devaki Hospital, right on 143 Luz Church Road in Mylapore. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history, and the hospital has been a fixture here for a long time. People come up the stairs or take the lift to find us. We deal with heart stuff every day, which keeps us on our toes. The halls can be quiet or sometimes quite noisy depending on how many appointments are lined up. We see patients coming in for checkups, some looking a bit worried and others just doing their routine visits. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we know how the building works and where everything is. Mylapore is a busy area, so getting here can be a bit of a trek with the traffic on Luz Church Road, but people find their way. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just a medical office inside a larger hospital where we do our work. We try to keep things moving so no one is waiting too long in the chairs outside. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to families about what’s going on. We just do what needs to be done for the patients. There is a lot of coffee drank in the breakroom and the paperwork never really ends.
