Our office is at No. 19 Valmiki Street, inside the Anjaneya Cottages in Saligramam. It’s a bit of a unique spot because it’s a cottage-style setup rather than a big office block. We like the character of the place. Hybrid IT Solutions Private Limited has been operating from here for a bit. Saligramam is a nice area with a lot of creative energy around, especially with all the film studios nearby. Our day-to-day is pretty standard for an IT company. We sit at our computers, write code, and fix bugs. The office has a bit of a cozy feel because of the cottage layout. We have a small outdoor area where we sometimes sit to talk about work when the weather isn’t too hot. We don't have a corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in and does what’s needed. We aren't big on meetings or long presentations. We’d rather just get the task finished. The street can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a challenge, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don’t use any marketing buzzwords to describe ourselves. We are just a small team of IT professionals who enjoy working in a comfortable, local environment. We keep things honest and we don't promise things we can't do. It’s a basic, functional business and that’s what keeps us going.
