Our office is over in Adyar. It’s actually inside Sorrento Enclave on Sardar Patel Road. We’re in Flat 2E. It feels more like a home than a workspace most days. Hubstream India started here because it was convenient for everyone. The 7/4 address is easy to find if you know the area landmarks. Adyar is a nice part of Chennai, lots of trees around still. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist at the front. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. We spend a lot of time on our computers. It's a small group of us. We share the space and keep things moving. The kitchen gets used a lot for making coffee. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a high-rise building. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings that last for hours. We just talk across the room when something needs fixing. The traffic on Sardar Patel Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so some of us come in early or stay late. It’s just a regular flat where work happens. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It’s comfortable and it works for us. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us all by our first names. That’s basically who we are, just a team in a flat getting things done every day.
