You can find us at the Arunachala Flats in Sri Perumal Nagar, which is in the Nanmangalam area of Chennai. We are on the ground floor in units Gf and G1 of Plot No. 3B. It is a very residential neighborhood, so there are kids playing nearby and people going about their grocery shopping most of the time. Working in a flat means it feels a bit like home, which is nice but also means we have to be mindful of the neighbors. We do not have a big staff, just a small group of us handling the technology and service side of things. The office space is basically a converted apartment, so the layout is a bit unique for a business. We have desks in what would be the living room and files stored in the side rooms. It is quiet for the most part, except when the water tanker comes through the street. We usually spend our days dealing with various technical issues and talking to people over the phone. There is a small temple nearby and you can hear the bells in the evening. It is a very local vibe and we like it that way. We do not need a high-rise office to do what we do. The ground floor location makes it easy to pop in and out without any hassle. It is just a basic, functional space where we put in our hours every day.
