Hitech Properties

We are located at No:791 on Dr. Ramaswami Salai in K.K. Nagar. It’s a busy street, so there’s always something happening outside our window. Hitech Properties has been running out of this spot for a while. The office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose. We have a few old wooden desks and a computer that’s a bit slow sometimes. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or looking over property documents. The traffic on Ramaswami Salai can be quite loud, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks. We usually have a small stack of newspapers on the table and some half-filled notebooks lying around. It’s a straightforward environment. We aren't interested in fancy decor or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the local tea vendor comes by with snacks, which is the highlight of the afternoon. We know most of the shopkeepers around here, and it feels like a real community. Dealing with properties means a lot of running around, but we always come back here to finish up the paperwork. It’s a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we keep the place as tidy as we can. It’s just a regular office where we try to keep things organized and handle our business as honestly as possible.
