You can find Hinnovx Private Limited over at No 3, Bouganvilla, in Phase 2 of Ponmar Vengadamangalam. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the center of Chennai, but we like the peace and quiet out here. It is much better than being stuck in the middle of all that city noise and exhaust. We operate out of a space that feels more like a house than a typical office. It makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. There is a lot of green around the area, which is nice when you need to step outside for a breath of air. Inside, we have our computers set up in a way that allows us to collaborate without having to move around too much. We are not a huge team, just a few dedicated people who enjoy working on tech stuff. We usually handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the desks to fixing the internet when it goes down. There is no corporate ladder here. We just work together as equals. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, but the environment in Ponmar makes up for it. We have our routines and we stick to them. It is a simple, honest way to make a living and we are happy with the way things are going at this location.
