Our office is located at Plot Number 76 in Sreenivasa Colony, which is part of the Ambattur area in Tiruvallur. Glomatrix Technologies India Private Limited is a small tech business run by a few of us who’ve been in the industry for a while. We aren’t a big, polished corporation with a lobby full of awards. It’s just a practical workspace where we spend our days. We chose Ambattur because it’s a hard-working area and it fits the way we do things. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a team of recruiters. We just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of work to get through. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with cables and documents, but it’s a productive kind of mess. We talk to each other directly and don’t bother with a lot of formal meetings. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and try to figure it out. We aren’t trying to pretend we’re bigger than we are. We’re just a local business trying to do right by our clients. The neighborhood is decent, and we’ve made some good friends in the nearby offices. We don’t spend much time on promotion or marketing. We think that if you do the work properly, people will eventually find you. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever comes our way.
