We are located at Sai Business Point, taking up the ground and first floor at number 17 Anna Salai in Saidapet. It’s a convenient spot because being on the ground floor means we don’t have to wait for elevators, though the street noise is definitely a factor. Global Business Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. is basically a group of tech-minded people who ended up working together in this part of town. The office is pretty functional—plenty of chairs, some sturdy desks, and a lot of power strips. We don’t have a receptionist in a fancy uniform; usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. Our work involves a lot of technical support and managing systems for other companies. It can get pretty stressful when things go wrong, but we’ve got a good rhythm for fixing things quickly. We often stay late, and there’s a local place nearby that does good tea and snacks which keeps us going. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a reliable service and make sure our clients are taken care of. It’s a very practical, everyday kind of atmosphere here. We just take things one day at a time and do our best with what’s in front of us.
