Gi Tech

Gi Tech is tucked away at C-9 in the Thiru-Vi-Ka Industrial Estate in Guindy. If you know the Guindy area, you know how the traffic can be during the rush hours. Our place isn't very large, but it serves our needs for the technical work we do. Being in the industrial estate means we are surrounded by all sorts of other businesses, from small shops to bigger factories. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the technical tasks on the bench. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the hardware to worry about that. It’s a bit of a maze getting around this part of Guindy if you aren't used to it. We’ve stayed at C-9 because it’s a central spot for the staff to reach. It’s a basic workspace with computers, tools, and a lot of wires everywhere. Sometimes it feels like we are running out of desk space, but we manage. We don’t have a receptionist or a polished waiting room. People just walk in, and we talk over the sound of whatever is running. It's a straightforward operation. We don't spend time on fancy brochures or any of that. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work on the projects. It's a typical Guindy day for us, every day of the week except Sundays when the estate finally goes quiet and we can finally take a break.
