Ghutuk Solutions Private Limited

Ghutuk Solutions is over in Pallavaram. We are on the first floor of a building in Aishwarya Nagar, Phase 2, the address is N213/7. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it is pretty calm compared to the industrial parts of town. We have been here for a bit, and the office has grown slowly over time. We started with just a couple of desks and now we have the whole floor. It is a practical space. We do not have expensive furniture or art on the walls. We just have what we need to get our work done. Most of what we do involves technical solutions and software stuff. The team is small, so everybody knows everyone else’s business. We have lunch together most days, usually bringing tiffins from home. Sometimes we go out if someone is celebrating a birthday. Working in Pallavaram is nice because it is close to the airport and the train station, which makes things easier for some of the staff. We are not doing anything flashy. We just have our list of tasks for the day and we try to get through them. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in this area. We like the independence of having our own small setup here. It feels more real than working in one of those huge tech parks where you are just a number.
