If you have ever been down Arcot Road in Virugambakkam, you know how busy and loud it gets with all the Chennai traffic. Our office, Generic Technologies Private Limited, is right there at No 32. It is a busy area, but once you step inside, it is just a normal workspace. We have been here for a while, and the place has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. The desks are a bit scratched, and the chairs are just okay, but they do the job for us. We are just a group of people who enjoy working on tech stuff. We don't have a big HR department or fancy corporate rules. We just show up, do our work, and talk about whatever is on our minds during the tea breaks. The office usually smells like coffee and maybe a bit of dust from the old servers we keep in the back. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do honest work and stay busy. The Arcot Road buzz is always there in the background, but we are used to it. It is just a plain, simple office where we put in our hours and try to solve the problems that come our way each day without any fuss.
