Our team works out of S3 Sri Devi Apartment, which is located in Sri Devi Karumari Amman Nagar. We are on the 9th Cross Street in the Velachery area of Chennai, postcode 600042. Velachery is a busy part of Tamil Nadu, and there’s always something happening right outside our windows. Gdeos Technologies Private Limited is basically an apartment that we’ve turned into an office space. It has a kitchen where we make way too much tea, and the living room area is full of monitors and tangled cables. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls or anything like that. Instead, there are just whiteboards covered in scribbles and notes from our last few projects. Being in an apartment building means we have to be a bit quiet so we don't bother the neighbors, but they are used to us by now. We usually start our day by checking what went wrong overnight and then spend the rest of the time trying to fix it. It's a lot of technical troubleshooting and long hours spent in front of glowing screens. We don't have a formal way of doing things; if someone has an idea, they just say it. It's a very straightforward way to work, and it fits our personalities. Most of us have been in this area for years, so it feels like home. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks finished.
