Our office is located in Kasi Estate, Jafferkanpet, at No. 78/1. It’s a part of Chennai that stays very busy throughout the day. The street outside is always full of motorcycles and people going about their business. We’ve been here for several years now, and our office is just a basic, functional space. We don't have any fancy décor or expensive furniture. It’s just desks, computers, and the people who use them. We handle information technology work, which means a lot of screen time and data management. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the challenge of it. The office can get a bit loud because of the traffic outside, but we’ve learned to work through it. We aren't a big corporate entity with lots of rules and layers of management. It’s a small, tight-knit group of us. We talk across the room instead of sending emails to each other. We don't have a big sign on the building, so you have to look for the address to find us. Most of the people we work with have been with us for a long time. We don't do much in the way of promotion. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them right. In the afternoons, we usually take a break for some tea from the nearby shop. It’s a simple routine, but it works for us. We like being in a real, working-class neighborhood like Jafferkanpet. It keeps us grounded.
