Ftech Systems Private Limited

We are based at Flat No B-3, which is on the Second Floor of The Pathway Apartment. The apartment sits on Plot No.31-34 in Godhavari Nagar, Urapakkam. It is a bit of a unique setup for Ftech Systems Private Limited since we are in a residential-style building, but it works for us. We are located in the Kancheepuram district with the 603202 pincode. The area around Urapakkam is growing fast, but our little corner in Godhavari Nagar stays relatively calm. We use the flat as our main office space, so it has a very homey feel to it. There are desks where the bedrooms would usually be, and we use the main area for meetings. It’s not your typical corporate office with glass partitions, but it’s comfortable. We like being on the second floor because it’s a bit quieter. You can see the street from our balcony. Most of our work involves technical systems, so as long as we have our computers and a good connection, we are happy. People sometimes get a bit confused finding The Pathway Apartment the first time, but they usually spot us quickly enough. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the other residents in the building. It’s a practical and affordable way for a small business like ours to have a stable home in the Chennai area. We just keep things moving and focus on our daily work. It’s a good environment for the team.
