Friends Computers Surandai

You can find us at 15|3, V T C Selva Bhavan on Sivaji Street. It’s right there in T. Nagar, Chennai. Friends Computers Surandai is the name on the door. We spend most of our time looking at screens and taking apart hardware. It’s a small shop, really. People bring in their laptops when they won't turn on or if the screen is cracked. We also sell some parts and basic accessories like mice or keyboards if someone needs them. It's usually quite noisy around here because T. Nagar is always moving, but inside we just focus on the repairs. I’ve been doing this for a while now, and the guys helping me out know their stuff too. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a job because we know people need their computers back for work or school. We don't really do much advertising. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or someone told them about us. We try to keep things simple and talk to customers like normal people, not using too much technical jargon if we can help it. If a computer is too old to fix, we just say so. There’s no point in wasting someone’s money. That’s just the way we run the shop here on Sivaji Street. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes every day. We just try to get the repairs done right and keep things moving for everyone.
