Our office is located at 153-A on the 100 Feet Bye Pass Road in Velacheri. We are pretty easy to find since we are right near the Spencers Daily shop. Velacheri has grown so much lately, and the traffic on the bye-pass road is almost always heavy these days. We handle networking stuff, which means lots of cables, routers, and troubleshooting connectivity problems for other businesses. It’s a lot of technical work that happens behind the scenes and isn't very visible to most people. We aren't a big corporate firm with a fancy receptionist or a lobby. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it when someone walks in. We spend a lot of time visiting other offices in Chennai to set things up or staying here to configure equipment. The shop is often a bit messy with open boxes and tools lying around on the desks, but we know where everything is. People in the neighborhood know us as the local guys who deal with the internet and server issues. We don't have a scripted way of talking to people. We just tell them what’s wrong with their setup and try to get it running again. Working on 100 Feet Road means there is always noise from the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just keep doing our thing, one cable at a time, and hope the power stays on.
