We are over at 37, Raja Muthaiah Road in the Periamet neighborhood. The building is one of those older ones that has a lot of little nooks and crannies. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We have a lot of old wooden furniture that has been around since the company started. It’s a bit crowded because we have a lot of files and ledgers that we haven’t quite figured out how to digitize yet. The windows look out onto the street, so we see everyone walking by to the stadium or the shops nearby. It gets pretty loud during the day with the traffic, but we’ve learned to talk over it. We have a small team here, and we all do a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or hauling boxes around. There is a small courtyard in the middle of the building where we sometimes go to get a bit of sun. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It is a very casual environment. We focus on getting the day’s tasks finished so we can go home on time, though that doesn't always happen when things get busy. It’s just a normal, hardworking place where we do what we can with what we have.
