Ford Technology Services India is located over in Perungudi. We are on the 3rd floor of the 3A RMZ Millenia building on Dr. MGR Road. If you’ve ever been to this part of Chennai, you know how the traffic can be, especially during the peak hours. The building is quite large, but once you get up to the third floor, it feels a bit more manageable. We have our desks and chairs arranged in a way that lets us talk to each other without having to get up all the time. It’s a tech office, so there are wires and monitors everywhere you look. We aren't really into the whole corporate polish thing, so the office looks like a place where people actually work. There are always half-empty coffee mugs around and notes pinned up on the walls. We get a lot of light through the windows, which is nice during the long afternoons. Most of us have been here long enough to know the best spots to eat nearby. It’s a busy environment, but we try to keep things relaxed. We don't have big meetings about missions or visions; we just check our emails, write our code, and try to solve whatever problems come up that morning. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs in a big building by the road.
