We are located in Pearl Apartments, right on Lock Street in Kotturpuram. It’s unit 1022. Being in an apartment building makes the office feel a bit different, more like a home setup. We like it because it’s not a cold, glass building. Varadapuram is a good area, fairly central but still has its own character. We handle technology work, mostly software related. We’ve got our monitors set up and plenty of coffee mugs lying around. It’s a small group of us at Flocco Technologies. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing. Most days are spent solving problems or writing code. Kotturpuram can get quite busy, but inside the apartment, it’s usually quiet enough to think. We’ve been at this address for a bit and it suits our needs. We don’t have a front desk or a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it.
