We are located at No. 38 on College Road in Nungambakkam. If you’ve ever been through this part of Chennai, you know how hectic the streets can get during the day. Eyelance Tech Solution Private Limited is tucked away in one of those buildings that you might walk past without noticing if you aren't looking for the number. The office is pretty basic. We have some computers, a few filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. It isn't the kind of place you see in movies about tech companies. We spend most of our time dealing with technical issues and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, but it reminds us we are right in the middle of everything. The team is just a handful of folks who know their way around software. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria, so we usually just order food from the places around the corner. It's a very practical way to work. Most days are just about tackling the pile of work on the desk. We don't really do big meetings unless something is actually broken. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in a neighborhood we’ve grown to like over the years. No frills, just honest work happening every day behind these doors.
