Excel Group

Excel Group is located on the 4th floor of Sindur Plaza. The address is a bit confusing because it has an old number 42 and a new number 31, but most people just look for the Ambassador Pallava Hotel across the street. We’re right there on Montieth Road in Egmore. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the traffic below. The office is usually quite full of paper and files because there is always something to keep track of. It’s a busy environment with people coming in and out of meetings or sitting at their desks typing away. Egmore is a central part of Chennai, so it’s easy for people to get to us, even if the parking around Sindur Plaza can be a real headache. We don’t have any fancy slogans or a big corporate philosophy. We just come in, handle the business tasks for the day, and try to stay on top of the schedule. The air conditioning hums in the background all day, which is necessary in this heat. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza acts up, so we end up walking the four flights of stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We’ve been at this location for a good while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s just our regular workplace where we get through the daily grind together. We stay until the work is finally done for the day.
