You can find us at the Manickam Complex on Mount Road. We are down in the basement at No Y2, which stays a bit cooler than the street level during those hot Chennai afternoons. Being near Wellington Plaza makes it easier for people to spot the complex, though you have to look for the stairs to get down to us. We’ve been here for quite some time dealing with auto parts and various enterprise needs. Mount Road is always a bit of a chaotic place with all the traffic and noise, but down in our shop, it is a different world. We have shelves filled with all sorts of components and things for vehicles. It’s not a shiny showroom like the big dealers have. It’s more of a place where people who know about cars come to find what they need. We usually have grease on our hands and a lot of boxes stacked up in the corners. It’s a small shop but we try to keep everything organized enough so we can find parts quickly. People come in from all over the city because Mount Road is so central. We aren't much for talking fancy; we just know our parts and how things fit together. If you are walking by Wellington Plaza, just duck into the Manickam Complex and head downstairs. Someone is usually there to help out with whatever car trouble or part search you are on.
