You can find us at the Iitm Research Park on Kanagam Road in Taramani. We are on the first floor in unit 01 Fa. Being inside the research park means there’s a lot of other activity going on around us, but our space is our own. It’s a functional office where the focus is entirely on the work we’re doing. We don't have any decorative plants or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just whiteboards, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. Chennai can get pretty hot, but it’s cool enough inside the building for us to stay focused. We’ve been based here in Taramani for some time. The Kanagam Road area is busy, especially with all the students and other tech folks moving around. We just blend in with the rest of them. Our team at Esmito Solutions Private Limited isn’t very large, so we all know each other well. We don’t have formal meetings with long agendas; we usually just talk across the desks when something needs to be solved. It’s a practical way to work. We like being in this part of Tamil Nadu because it feels like things are actually happening. We just do our part, keep our heads down, and try to get through the list of things to do each day. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. When the monsoon rains start, the sound on the roof of the research park is quite something. We just keep working through it all.
