You can find us at Plot No 21 in the NRI Layout area of Panaiyur. It is a bit away from the main city center of Chennai, which we actually prefer. The air feels a little different out here closer to the coast. Our setup is pretty simple. We are in a standalone plot, and it is mostly just an open space where we have our computers set up. It is not the kind of place where people wear suits. Most of us just come in wearing whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. Panaiyur is a nice spot, and being in NRI Layout means it is relatively peaceful. We spend our days working on various innovations, mostly just trying to solve problems as they come up. It is a lot of trial and error. We aren't some massive firm with layers of management. If something needs fixing, we just talk to each other across the room and get it done. The office has a few windows that let in some natural light, which is better than sitting under fluorescent bulbs all day. Sometimes we take a walk around the block just to clear our heads. It is a basic, hardworking environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day.
