You can find Ellaar Info Tech at A 3 in the Hari Om Flats on Kothavel Chavadi Street. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't really feel like a typical office. We like it that way because it’s quiet and comfortable. We’ve been running things from this flat for a while now. It’s a bit small, especially when we have a lot of equipment lying around, but we’ve made it work. The street outside can get really crowded because of the local shops, so there’s always a lot of energy. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one so people know they’re at the right flat. It’s mostly just us and our computers. We don't really go for all that corporate talk. We’re just a group of people who are good at what we do and wanted a space to do it. We usually start our day with some coffee and a quick chat about what needs to be finished. We don't have fancy meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the room. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, which adds to the homey feel of the place. We aren't trying to be the biggest tech company out there. We just want to do a good job for the people who come to us. It’s a simple, straightforward way of working. Most days we are just buried in code or fixing things.
