Our small office is located at Flat 6 in the Happy Homes building on Nallana Street. It’s a busy little part of Balaji Nagar, and we’ve been here for a bit now. We mostly spend our days helping people who want to go abroad for their studies or work. It sounds like a simple thing, but the amount of paperwork involved is actually quite a lot. We help with the applications and trying to make sense of what different countries want from visitors. Being an OPC means it’s a pretty tight-knit operation. You usually talk to the same couple of people every time you call or visit. We don’t have a big reception desk or a bunch of assistants. It’s more like sitting in a living room and talking things over. Nallana Street can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't from around here, but once you get to Happy Homes, we’re just right there. We spend a lot of time looking at computer screens and checking visa rules because they seem to change every other week. It’s a lot of detail work. Some people come in knowing exactly where they want to go, while others are just exploring options. We just provide the information we have and help with the filing. It’s practical work. We like being in Balaji Nagar and being part of the local community here.
