Our office is situated at No-54 in the Workers Estate area of Neelankarai. Being in this part of Chennai means we are fairly close to the coast, so you can sometimes feel the salt in the air. We focus on education and helping people figure out their next steps in school or work. The building itself is pretty simple and tucked away in the estate. We get a fair number of students and parents coming in to ask questions or drop off their documents. It’s not like a big university campus; it’s more of a hub where the administrative side of things gets done. We spend a lot of time looking over applications and answering the phone. The atmosphere is generally busy but not overly stressed. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a new batch of students is starting, and the hallways get filled with people waiting. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. The Neelankarai area is a good spot because it’s a bit away from the main city chaos but still easy to reach. We have a small group of staff who handle everything from the front desk to the back-office files. It’s mostly just sitting at desks and making sure the information is correct for everyone who comes through our doors. We don't have any big slogans, just a lot of folders and a lot of people to help.
