We are tucked away on the first floor of a building in Palaniappa Nagar, right on Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai in Valasaravakkam. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s worth it if you like the smell of herbs. We spend most of our days sorting through different plants and roots. The office always has this earthy scent that sticks to your clothes. We aren't a massive factory; it's more of a focused workspace where we handle our herbal products. Valasaravakkam is a nice neighborhood, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour. We’ve got shelves full of jars and bags. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Sometimes we have to wait for certain seasons to get the right ingredients. That’s just how nature works, and we don't try to rush it. People in the area know us as the herbal place. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it's just a couple of us answering the phone and packing up orders. We try to keep things as natural as possible because that's what herbals are about. It’s a quiet life for the most part, focusing on the quality of the leaves and powders we send out to people who need them. We just want to provide what we have at Eastern Holistic Herbals.
