We are based at No 34 in the Ge Vantage Tower on 5th Avenue in Besant Nagar, Chennai. It’s a great location because we are so close to the beach. Sometimes when things get a bit stressful, we just take a short walk to the shore to get some fresh air. The office is in a decent building, though the parking lot is usually full by nine in the morning. Inside, it’s a fairly typical setup for a small tech company. We have our desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a kitchen area that usually smells like coffee. We handle various technical solutions for our clients. There isn't a lot of formality here. We don't have a dress code or strict hierarchies. If someone has a question, they just walk over to whoever knows the answer. It’s a very collaborative but quiet environment. We’ve been at this Besant Nagar address for quite a while now. The neighborhood is full of cafes and small shops, so there’s always somewhere to go for a break. We aren't a big multinational; we’re just a local team that knows how to get things done. We try to keep our work honest and straightforward. It’s a good place to work, and we enjoy the balance between the busy city life and the calm of the nearby ocean. Most of us have been here since the start.
