Dr. Sivas Ayurveda Clinic

You can find us over on Nathamuni Street in Shenoy Nagar. We are pretty close to the Bildroad Hospital, so it’s easy to spot. The clinic has that distinct smell of herbal oils and dried plants that comes with Ayurveda. It’s a small, quiet space where we talk to people about how they’re feeling. We spend a lot of time listening to stories about aches and pains or just general health. Shenoy Nagar is a nice area with lots of trees and old houses. We’ve been here at number 5 for some time now. The shelves are lined with jars and bottles of all sorts of things. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit noisy with traffic, but inside we try to keep things calm. We don't use much fancy technology here; it’s mostly about traditional methods and talking. We see people of all ages, from kids to the elderly. Some have been coming to us for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s a simple routine of opening up, preparing the treatments, and seeing patients one by one. We often have a cup of tea between visitors. It’s not a fast-paced environment, and that’s how we like it. We focus on what’s right in front of us. It’s a practical way to help people feel a bit better using what we know about herbs and balance. The clinic feels like a second home to those of us who work here every day.
