We’ve been here in Vellore for a bit now, just around the 632 001 area. Most days start with the sound of traffic nearby, but inside the office, things are usually quiet enough to get work done. We aren't a big flashy company with glass walls. It’s just a regular space where we handle our daily tasks. People drop by sometimes, and we just talk like neighbors. The weather gets pretty hot in Tamil Nadu, so the fan is always running on high. We try to keep things organized, though papers sometimes pile up on the corners of the wooden desks. It’s a bit messy but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a small kettle for tea in the afternoons. Most of us have lived around here for years. We walk to the local shops for lunch. It’s not a complicated setup. We just focus on what needs to be finished before the sun goes down. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or chat until it comes back. That's just how life goes in this part of town. There's no big corporate ladder here, just a few of us trying to do a good job. We don’t spend time on big speeches or planning meetings that go nowhere. Usually, we just check what’s on the list and start working. It feels right to keep it simple and local. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this street and the people on it.
